I miss understood the contract, staff helped and we resolved the issue, the younger guy at the front office was always quick and knowledgeable with the u-haul system.
ROBERT M | Overall ExperienceI have been using U-Haul for years, but this is my first time actually renting a storage unit from them. I wanted to utilize the free first month complementary unit because I frequently rent trucks from this company. The staff was helpful, checking in was very professional. The facility was clean. I was provided with a card key to get inside and outside the building. however, upon arriving, we realize the storage unit they gave us was locked. We were unable to finish our move in a timely manner because we were delayed 45 minutes waiting For customer service to help in this situation. The alarm went off because it was after business hours. It was very stressful plus the unit was only supposed to be 8 miles from my location. It was 17 miles It took me almost 30 minutes to find the storage unit from my home.

He went way above and beyond helping me and guiding me through the process and some manual labor. He was truly a blessing. It's hard these days to run across excellent customer service.
