Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI liked , but , I think it just needed another dolly to help with carrying it.
edilma c | Expérience généraleTiffani is awesome!!!
CLAYTON M | Premières impressionsMy storage unit ended up being two smaller units beside each other I was supposed to get a lock but only one unit even has one and it was broken/ cut through, the floor had antifreeze all over it and it was impossible to find a furniture cart to use to unload
Sara P | Déménagement en ligneThey are very unprofessional, I have discussed with the manager I did not want the unit any further but somehow they are still charging and emailing me.
PEGGY G | Expérience généraleI would highly recommend this U Hual facility. Tifani, was very professional and the service was excellent! I have used several UHuals and her and her team made it so easy for me. I also want to thank Joshua for his outstanding help and support in finding me the perfect warehouse to store my belongings. Thank you to all the exceptional team work at U Hual.
Debra M | Premières impressionsTiffany and Ethan literally went out of their way to ensure I have and continue to have a great experience
jael h | Premières impressionsThank you very much. They helped me when I needed the help. Thank you.
xiang l | Premières impressionsI am writing to express concerns regarding the documentation process for my recent storage unit contract, specifically the receipt provided, which details solely the payment information. No payment was given. First one month was free for me. The guy by the name of (Juice) told the another to escorted me to the unit (not giving a map). This guy didn’t know where he was going . I asked for a map he said it’s on the wall. The receipt that was given is confusing. Could you please provide clarification on the contractual wording that no charges will be incurred after vacating the premises prior to the next payment due date, and verify both the commencement and termination date of my current contract monthly payment schedule? Additionally, I wasn’t asked for my identification to make sure my address and everything was correct on reservations to start my contract. I had to call customer services after hours because my address was saying Fort Worth that was put in the system wrong from another facility. I’m paying for climate control and they say the AC has been off since Friday, June 19, 2026. All they said was that the guys are working on it. I don’t want to have to worry about my Personal belongings and items stored in this facility. I want to make sure I will not be overcharged either. So overall, this was not a good experience. Is too expensive to go anywhere else. This location worked better for me.
Kimberly B | Premières impressionsFirst got a box which was still full and then the person came and check which one avialable but had confirm in system. Let me wait 20 minutes cause was helping other customers and forgot me!!
