Also, you had a human in the office, both Pubic Storage and Extra Storage, that were both less expensive, only had a Kiosk representative, this made it a much more pleasant experience, and the All in one approach, no extra fees, after the stated price.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisMrs. Brandi & her team are awesome & very helpful!
Jo M | Expérience généraleI originally came to buy boxes for my upcoming move and selected this facility and location to reserve my truck and moving equipment rentals as well as temporary storage needs. The Owner/Staff are awesome. They are fri, courteous and knowledgeable about building the best package for your moving needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Susan K | Premières impressionsTroy took care of business and handled not only my move in but my friends too. Great customer service this guy gets it! Don't be a fool like me and waste time peace and money at some of these other places. I slept on this gem but im glad im here.
kenneth h | Premières impressionsOnly needed the unit for a couple months. We were checked out right away. Easy, friendly service from both service reps I worked with. Thank you!
CHRISTINE G | Expérience généraleTristan was very helpful and friendly with my move in.
LYNN A | Premières impressionsBest customer service received, employee was very knowledgeable and professional
Rochelle I | Premières impressionsThank you! 🙂
Channie C | Expérience généraleThe staff is very professional and patient!
KELLEE K | Premières impressionsI never leave reviews but I am genuinely amazed at how great all their services work and how easy they make things for the customer. I was so impressed at the ease and efficiency of the mobile self storage and especially the mobile truck rental, they have different help lines for different things and each of them were SO helpful. The text service and the 24/hr call like for the mobile services. The Plano- Alma Road location is very clean and the employees have been very kind and helpful. Everything has just been perfect, thank you!!!
JACQUELINE V | Déménagement en ligneThree times in under a month I was unable to access my unit because their security system was not properly configured. And their IT guy wasn't available to fix it. Not my problem.
OPHER B | Expérience généraleWonderful and kind staff.
Derrik J | Expérience généraleStaff made everything easy. They were friendly and always available to help!
GORDON L | Expérience généraleFriendly check-in. Clear directions. Couldn’t have been an easier process!
GORDON L | Déménagement en ligneThe person I spoke with that morning about my rental her name is Anna. She was very helpful. But after the return of the vehicle, we were charged an astronomical amount due to damage that was done that we did not do and now nobody can find the pictures nobody’s returning phone calls and we’re just out $300. This is not OK. This is poor practice and I will never go through U-Haul again. And I will make sure nobody else that I know will either.
HEATHER L | Expérience généraleThank you very much
