Lamoni P | First ImpressionsSEVERAL TIMES I WAS LOCKED OUT OF MY OWN UNIT AFTER PAYMENT WAS MADE. ONE TIME I TRACKED SOMEONE DOWN, the lock was removed as it should have been prior to my visit. But none the less. When I returned a week or so later, the lock had been placed back on. I couldn’t get into my unit on 4 diff trips to U-Haul. And that was just this one occasion. It was always happening, and one time I was told by the manager that I would receive a credit for being locked out even though payment had been made, and the manager told me this. But nothing happened. She said she would credit me for the inconvenience of being kept from my belongings. But U-Haul was sure to charge me late fees and make sure they got all their money + from me, but refused to offer any kind of compensation even though I had paid, I was still locked out and kept from my belongings. That’s why I left U-Haul. I was 100% ripped off and lied to, in person. It’s ridiculous. And I tried talking to u guys about it. But apparently my business wasn’t appreciated

It was a wonderful place to store my belonging, I never worried about anything I owned, and the price was fair and affordable. I would highly recommend this facility. Thank you.
Jennifer W | Overall ExperienceIn the beginning, Kyle and Lisa were great. During the month, I became very frustrated with accessing my unit. I did not understand why the “garden door “ access could not be fixed or more easily accessed. After waiting for a very long time standing at the door, waiting for them to come, I went into front area, admittedly exhausted and angry. I was not nice, but neither was I awful. I apologized to Lisa later, but apparently she did not respond well and every time I came to collect a load ( by myself), I felt that she vindictively made me wait at the door for an extended period of time. Everyone else was kind and helpful but not her.
VIRGINIA D | Overall ExperienceIt took a minute to locate the storage unit but was no more complicated than any other storage solution I’ve used before. Love the fact it’s climate controlled and I had the ability to insure my valuables for a nominal fee. Cost for the unit is very fair in the current economy and accessing the unit itself was great. I appreciate how the app added my credentials to apple wallet for quick reference. Staff was very kind and helpful. Also, while I had a discus lock already, thank you for the free lock that was bundled with my purchase.

Bart T | Overall ExperienceSometimes I had trouble unlocking my letter-lock and a staff member helped me several times, which I greatly appreciated. I had a storage unit for about 3 years and just moved out. It was nice to rent a UHaul truck for this purpose. I love Price’s UHaul and their staff.

Those two were the most amazing people that I have ever had to work with being in the situation that I was in they treated me as family instead of as a customer, they was just as worried about me getting my stuff as I was myself getting my stuff And I would like to thank l Lisa Moseman, for the understanding of the situations that I had been put into the three of them working together as a team I have to say hands-down is the best team that a person can come across in a business. They don’t work for just the money they actually care about their customers and their customers belongings that the three of them were willing to go out of their way to help me be where I needed to be in order to get my stuff if it wasn’t for the team and when I say team, the three of them, my children and I would have lost our whole lives, so yes, I would recommend Price Uhaul to anybody a lot of places you’re treated as just a paying customer and my personal experience, I was treated as not just a paying customer but like a family member they actually truly cared. I was going through and what I needed to do to get done and was willing to work with me even if it meant pulling strings on their behalf hands-down, Uhaul and Price Utah has the best team that a Uhaul company could have.
Amanda M | Overall ExperienceI was told by the employee that was writing up the contract that I could have 9 days free because the items were for a community baby shower and anyone that donated would be recognized in the newpaper and social media. I went to get items out for the baby shower on 7th of October and then returned next day and a lock was on the door. I went to office and they told me that the employee never made note of our conversation. Very upset because I would have collected everything because our grant would not cover those charges.
