I paid for a climate controlled unit, which I needed, and was given an outside unit. What can be done to get either my money back for the difference between a non-climate controller unit and climate controlled, or a different unit.

I cleared my storage on the 25th of the same month I got it and somehow got charged for 3 months straight after I called and emailed letting them know that it is no longer in use. Sent email to manager for proof after he called asking me to pay, he did close the account though. Wasn't his fault.

The staff was constantly changing. The gate barely worked. After many times of renting there over the years; I won't go back again.

This has been true, whether for private or business storage. Always great staff, great prices, and great-safe locations in the various states I have used them. It is also great that they have trucks to use either nation-wide and/or local. Prices have always been more than reasonable, competitive, and, all necessary moving gear, boxes, etc. can be purchased at the same location. WIN, WIN, WIN! They will continue to be my 'go-to-first' choice for storage, whether for short term or long term, business or personal, with or without extra insurance!!
