ROBERT C | Expérience généraleThe only problem I had was that my storage unit was supposed to be 10x10 but I was assigned two 5x10 units. This was difficult to get the larger pieces of furniture in the small door.
Donna L | Expérience généraleThe mold and mildew that was in my unit was astounding... I threw away two trailer loads of goods.... So many boxes of clothes and shoes ... Furniture destroyed... As my unit was adjacent to a swamp... With a 1-ft water line up the wall... Clearly had a flood. . And no one mentioned it to me... I was shocked to find all my items destroyed when I moved out !!!! Cicero, New York.. do not rent along the back of the facility .. row D !!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT... AT $200 A MONTH !!!!!!

I brought this to the attention of the staff working that I was concerned my belongings would get all wet because of the poorly tape holes and was told “oh is it a giant whole missing or what does it look like ? Because if it’s not a large hole we just tape over anything else.” Avoiding answering the will my belongs I’m moving in there going to get wet ? She was nice otherwise not her fault. But to not be offered a different unit or to be even be renting that out like that kinda sets the tone of this place. The price is about the same anywhere else with climate control which this facility doesn’t have all outside units so that really doesn’t make it worth it. There is an abandoned building assuming owned by uhaul because it’s right next to the units falling apart inside just asking for squatters. Overall you wouldn’t think this quality would be something you’d find in Cicero more something you’d see in the city. Had to move that day so no choice but to use this unit for at least now but would not recommend to family or friends
