The staff was very helpful and friendly. It was a simple and easy process and would definitely recommend this storage / U-Haul rental facility. Thank you for making the experience simple, easy and low stress.

I had a medical emergency that was life threatening w/ kidney failure & asked a mover to get my things out of the storage unit for me & she had already put a lock on it even though the front desk staff had acknowledged my situation of being in hospital & it was just 3 days after the first months bill due. Even forced a late fee. I had to pay for an extra month as well. I’ve used Uhaul for yrs for my furniture biz to store items & will not recommend this facility anymore. I was treated horribly by the management w/ no compassion of my situation yet instead bombarded w/ texts to remind me daily to settle the storage fees. It was inhumane
DULCE L | Overall ExperienceMy truck had a very strong cat pee odor in it and I had to air it out and spray air freshener. I was reluctant to put any of my items in the truck & thought I may ask to trade it for a different one this morning, but my movers I hired couldn’t start that late. Also, my reservation was for 4:30 when booked, but it took around an hour to get me checked in at the desk bc they were busy - not their fault, however I scheduled it that early so I would beat traffic and by that time traffic was very thick in front of the store. I asked if I could pick it up at 7:30 instead. They said that was fine and left me a key – can you please confirm now when my return time is? I paid for 24 hours so I would think it is 730 this evening but I don’t want to bring it late or get extra charges. Am I able to keep the truck until 730 it was a huge inconvenience to aired out overnight.
DULCE L | First ImpressionsI have had several units for 7+ years. Everyone has been very helpful and very very kind. The property is always clean and safe. I wouldn’t hesitate using them again!
