I’ve had the pleasure of using U-Haul Moving & Storage at Queens Ave for the past two years, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service. From day one, the facility has been clean, secure, and well-maintained. The staff has always been incredibly friendly and responsive, making it easy to manage my storage needs over the years. Whether I had a question or needed assistance, they were always there to help with a smile. As I recently moved out, I wanted to take a moment to thank the team for providing such a positive experience throughout my entire time there. The facility’s location is convenient, and the security gave me peace of mind knowing my belongings were in good hands. I highly recommend U-Haul Moving & Storage at Queens Ave to anyone looking for reliable, accessible storage. The employees are extremely helpful and did so much to help me my girlfriend when we were in a tough spot. Carmen, Colleen, & Neville were so kind and helpful. They were diligent about calling and emailing when I missed a payment and the only other time I've gotten truly exceptional service at a U-Haul was from Paul Beckman (Palu) when I needed help at the Topaz location. A couple of times I felt like I could not safely park on the street outside the building because of the proximity to the homeless people camped out on the street.
