Autumn G. | First ImpressionsThis facility at 9701 capital blvd was not clean nor well maintained and smelled of urine . I had several issues from the time of storing my belongings, including storage unit being double booked, to unit number being incorrect, to me being questioned if this was actually my unit. ( why would I pay for belongings that are not mines?), to payment being applied incorrectly. I would never recommend anyone to this location for their storage needs.
