Madonna R | Overall ExperienceI went into the storage unit and accessed my original unit D22. It was contracted as a 4x13x8. I was not informed nor do I see on my contract that it wasn't a full unit. The rep on the phone even informed me the ceiling was 8ft high. I opened the door, and just a few feet in the ceiling slopes sharply and meets the floor in the back cutting off a significant part of the unit to store. I called the office and no answer after I went in the unit. I drove and Nevaeh was delightful and helped me get into another unit. But they didn't have a 4x13x8. They had a next size up, she wasn't able to help me with cost for my inconvenience but when she called her boss, all they said was no. They didn't talk to me or apologize. It wasn't discussed with me. When I booked it it wasn't disclosed to me nor can I find it in my paperwork at the description of the unit being less than the dimensions promised. I called corporate and they couldn't get through to the store. I'm awaiting for a call from the store manager. I have yet to hear from them. At this time until this is resolved I'm not recommending them for storage. I'm very frustrated though Nevaeh was amazing and did everything she could, and David was great with corporate, the store manager's handling was poor and upsetting. I have pictures of the unit upon entry. It's ridiculous to charge for a unit that small.
