Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisOutdoor, unstaffed location so confusing how to contact Ron for pickup. Helpful once he arrived.
Sharon KEven though there was supposed to be a person on site, there was a camper with a drop box for the key.
Craig SSo, at the pick up destination, I had to go 3 miles out of my way to pick up the truck, which was not the one I reserved, then I had to go another 15 miles out of my way to pick up a trailer that I never wanted, then I had to go anothe 7 miles out of my way to drop off the truck and trailer. All locations that were not in my original reservation. 25 miles of extra driving, gas and you guys have the AUDACITY to charge me $65 for extra mileage for a truck I brought back with more gas then when I picked it up !!!!
Craig SMade many rentals here, he's always very professional and overall great.
