Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisWhat I would improve, and it's not in the location's control, is the app. I figured if you start in the app, you ought to be able to finish in the app. Not so! First, the app said lockbox 3 but there were only 2 so we looked all over the place during a downpour. Called in and learned it was box 1. Then when the photos wouldn't upload, I had to call again and they emailed me an internet link to complete the process. Also, when I got moved to this location and had to call in to confirm that was OK, I was told they'd charge 99 cents instead of a $1.19 a mile since this location was not nearly as close to where we were going to be as the one I'd selected. That didn't happen. So to recap, this location is fine. This company, however, needs some work.

Blaine BWas very easy to come in for my Uhaul trailer. They were very fast, accommodating, and I will definitely be using them
Ryan BThe truck was filthy upon pick up, drinks spilled everywhere, cigarettes ashes all over, dash screen filthy, the brakes were awful had to slam them all the way to the ground to stop. The check in online wouldn’t take my photos, couldn’t complete it. Took over 13 minutes to “verify” my rental after we arrived at the location and sat there in the heat waiting, although it was already confirmed and email received to come pick it up. Truck was not parked where it said it would be. Horrible experience all the way around.
