Office lady at 51 Storage were extremely helpful and courteous, the facility was well maintained and clean. However the mouse problem is not OK. Almost everything in my unit had damage to multiple items due to pest problems, mouse chewing, urine and feces, tons of spiders and webs, flooding when heavy rain. Protect your belongings.

We also found rice and candy wrappers in our unit that they had carried into the unit. People should not put food in storage units it attracts the mice. The company did have mice baits out which probably helped. But thank you for keeping our belongings safe. Our last facilities not and we lost over $10,000 worth of belonging. Thanks again

Johnny C | Overall ExperienceThe website was easy to use and alsl details was includes for the properry. Caroline was very professional and straight forward with my registration process on the phone. The whole process was easy and I didn't have to go to the office to sign any paperwork just do an e sign on email. The dis locks they sell works good and you can use your own locks as well and they leave it in your unit, they cut the package open for you so you don't have to do it. I really like the fact they are 24 hours and a live on manager is on site if you need them. Finding the storage unit was easy. Storage I rented is clean and leaving the site was easy. So far I really like my experience and they really helped my whole moving process quick and stress free. Would recommend for anyone needing storage rent.
