Truck had a leak in the back. Some of my furniture was soaked. Drivers side visor broken and wouldn't stay in place. Very clean. Nice staff.

This location has some good employees that helped me resolve issues with customer service, but the UHaul customer service needs some regulation. I called them multiple times in the span of 12 hours and each employee told me different responses resulting in my booking changing 3 times. I ran in circles all day during an out of town move attempting to get answers to simple questions. I did not have a good experience. More reform in standard rules for UHaul and itâ€™s customer service being aware of information (like making sure a dolly is in each truck) will significantly improve customer satisfaction.

Have the order ready at the correct location next time. sat on hold with customer service for over an hour in the rain trying to pick up a vehicle and dollie that were not even set up then had to go to this location who thankfully does their job correctly until it comes to taking vip certificates for this companies messup when this company is the one who gave it out, you guys really need to step up the customer service if you want my business back. next time illl use budget and pay the extra.

Agent, comes off like if you(the customer) does not have a credit card when asked by him. He then has everything memorized like if you going on a park ride, like keep your hands inside, do not unbuckle your safety harness etc. The uniforms could be more presentable.

The lights on the trailer I received didn't not work properly I made sure they worked before I left the uhaul location then not long after they stopped working I noticed some of the wire exposed on both sides once you tap the light a little bit it would work but then go out again unfortunately I fell that I am goin to be be blamed for it and charged even though it wasnt not my fault

The only pleasant experience with this entire experience was the young lady that helped me, other than that the whole thing was a disaster. She did step up and help and was super helpful and very nice. This was the second store as the first store was the worst and cost me more than it should have. Customer service wasnâ€™t so great either after contacting them. Was no help and didnâ€™t offer a single solution for all the issues we had.

With the concern for cyber security today I find it very uncomfortable having to upload a picture of my drivers license. Also I have never successfully uploaded the picture from my phone. The agent always does it from their phone. Please provide an alternative method to validate the driver's license.

The sign-in process was difficult. We were told it would simplify things to do it online. The sign-up itself was difficult, because it involved multiple steps that required submitting the same information more than once. Then , we were assigned a one-way rather than round-trip vehicle, so we had to start from scratch. The individual who helped us at the Garland location was courteous and as helpful as possible under the circumstances, but it took far longer than it should have taken.

I choose ONLY to do business with U-haul. In a period of 18 years my family and I have moved three times. Each move we have used U-haul and received money back for getting our rentals back on time, cleaned and with the required amount of gas! Who couldn't use extra money these days?

Customer Service there needs real help the lady at the counter at 8 Am on Saturday December 21 was very confrontational when just asked to show the trucks location . she said just look at the key and find the number , I told her it was he job to show me the truck or point to it and she threatened me not to tell her what to do . I didn't have a lot of time to walk around looking at truck after truck. this was very unprofessional . the 2 gentlemen that checked the truck back in was Great and very Kind . one bad apple makes a business look bad, I had to apologize to her for asking a simple question.

I got to shop 5minutes after closing. Lights still on and guy inspecting trucks was still out there. I ask the guy outside if they were closed and he said we close at 7. He was rude,I know they closed at 7but I thought maybe they were still open cause lights were on and him and another guy we're sti there. He was just rude to me. Also I asked him how and if he could tell me how to do the phone drop off he responded with I don't know what that is. The guy at the counter also didn't know what I was talking about. The guy at the counter said to just leave key in drop box and I asked are you sure?He said yes and I asked him if he knew how to use phone to drop off truck and he said he didn't know what I was talking about and just to leave key in drop box. So I called the answering service and o told them what happen and the guy said I shouldn't have just dropped key for n drop box that they should have guided me thru process. Over all I just felt like they didn't care about their job or their customers. Had a very bad customer service experience.

After-hours drop off, was charged $20. Called in two times all I get back is "you will get e return call"

First truck had an almost bald front tire. They switched trucks but didnâ€™t change mileage or gas amount on new contracts. There was a 1/4 tank difference and about 5,000 miles difference. I had to call uhaul and asked them to change it. Returned it in Lufkin, tx. Left keys in night drop Box. Next day I receive a phone call. They DID NOT identify themselves when I answered phone. He simply said: â€œBecky, where are the keys to the truck?â€ Really? I had no idea who this was. SOOOO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Only plus to the experience was that the truck drove and ride well.

Everything about this experience was great except for the discrepancy in cost. I was not able to return my truck at the original time, so I called the number given to me and they said I would be able to keep it until 3pm the next day for no extra charge. I dropped the truck off around 1am- 13 hours before the extension- and Iâ€™m still being charged double fees
