The guys at this location were helpful and fast. Once again Uhaul messed up telling me that I was at the wrong location although I had an email saying I was at the correct location. I don't understand how I could have an email saying I was supposed to go to Garland when Uhaul says I should be in Richardson.

The only problem I have is the sneaky way you advertise the rate. You do the "classic" small print add. The truck I got was advertised for $19.99, but with the .80/mile and then the gas, the total was $80. This is much higher than $19.99 for a few hours of rental use. But the rest of my experience was great.
The gentleman that assisted me was fantastic. He was VERY helpful and thorough in making sure I knew what to expect when renting the cargo van. Having said that, he was the only person assisting clients with rental check outs. I stood in line for close to half an hour. Having already done all of the pre-registration (uploading DL and other info), I wasn't anticipating this. Not a huge issue, but I would suggest possible consideration of additional help during what is likely a very busy day/time of day (Saturday morning).
The after hours return process did not work. The website would not work properly inputting the mileage. I had no idea how to turn the key in. It was long and drawn out.
The team at this location was super awesome from check in to return. I have used this location 3 times now and it has been great every time!!!
The overall rental procedure was excellent. Directions were great. The truck was clean. There was a heavy smoke smell with a cleaner smell over it, but I guess it would be hard to police smoker renters. Thank you.

There was nothing wrong with this location but this was not the original location I was supposed to go to. I was scheduled for a place closer to my home but they were not there. I had to call another Uhaul and they had to tell me where to go.

Putting the optional dolly on the truck and bag of blankets takes up some space that can be used. So if they are not ordered they shouldnâ€™t be on the truck.
Cheating on a mileage is not good idea I know uhaul make money on mileage by moving too fast before you even complete a mileage that's not good business
I needed help after the mobile check-in didn't work properly. The attendant, though polite and very helpful, was not wearing a mask, and stood inches from me - during this coronavirus pandemic. The greater problem has been the mobile check-in. It sincerely is the least user-friendly app on my phone. My international travels (including customs) are easier than your app. My organization needs a large truck about 4 or 5 times a year. The Home Depot is more expensive, but your convoluted process is nearly forcing me to choose The Home Depot. The product is fine. The process is painful and convoluted.
I will spend the rest of my life protecting everyone I know from your company. Why? Letâ€™s go. April 9 I call the uhaul location nearest my home to schedule my move for sat April 18. Since I knew I would be moving heavy furniture and covid is a real concern, I decided to hire professionals to help load and unload. I called uhaul and reserved a truck and paid for moving help here in garland for the afternoon/evening. No one said it was through a third party. No one said this is separate from uhaul. I was never transferred. I called the local uhaul store phone number and did everything with one service rep. I was told I would get an email that would confirm my reservation and give me a link that allow me to narrow down the time for the movers to arrive day of since I was traveling to pick up furniture and didnâ€™t have a set time to unload. I answer all these questions about what is being moved and what my needs are. I was told I could contact them directly day of and give a two hour notice. I think wow that was easy, everything is set. Thursday, some woman from movers express texts me and asks me questions Iâ€™ve already answered. Iâ€™m leery as uhaul did not tell me anyone would contact me. Iâ€™m being texted from someoneâ€™s personal phone and I donâ€™t understand why the information Iâ€™ve provided wasnâ€™t sent. I hired uhaul people to help me right? So I call the number thatâ€™s texting me as she explained sheâ€™s not with uhaul and Iâ€™m concerned about giving away private information to a stranger I didnâ€™t expect to text me. She was nice and understood my concern and told me she worked the office. Once I was convinced I wasnâ€™t giving my info to a weirdo I gave her details and she affirmed i could call her or text her to give a two hours heads up and the movers would be there. Cool. Today at 1:44 I texted the woman at movers express and asked that the movers arrive at my home at 430. She responded that they would be there between 430 and 500. Cool. 3:34 I receive a text from this woman saying there are scheduling issues with the movers and that the actual mover would contact me. 3:39 this mover texts me and says thereâ€™s been a severe delay and they are an hour away from their next job in ft worth and wonâ€™t be done until 7pm and ask if they can come first thing in the morning. I respond negative. The uhaul has to be back at 7am. (You get it for 24 hours at a time and I picked up at 725AM). This is the text I get back: â€œOk I'm sorry you're going to have to go back in the same way you booked us and cancel the order with us. Moving help will transfer your funds over once you find other movers. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this has caused but have a great evening!â€ So I call the uhaul store cause thatâ€™s how I booked. They transfer me to customer service who says we canâ€™t do anything about it, all we can do is book another mover. Iâ€™m frustrated and confused. Inside the truck was a little dirty and one of the tire pressure is kind of low. Customer service was excelent over the phone. Thanks to Heather, a guy( forgot his name, sorry) and Mika( hope I spelled it right)

Your staff was rude and obnoxious and lay from the when we picked up the truck and brought it back. The lady that checked us in was so rude and threw some of the furniture covers behind me and never told me what they were for. She was so rude that I made comment and everyone else in line thought the same thing. I will not rent from this location with the same staff.
Lower prices will get you more customers.because the price they told me was not the price I paid . And I will never patronize your establishment again.
