There was a large mud stain visible when I had received the vehicle. Yet I was charged with a cleaning fee after the return. The workers seemed to be short tempered but I this it could possibly be they were understaffed.CHRISTOPHER N.

The truck had several mechanical issues. I let the location know and the 800 number. I was hesitant about renting from Uhaul because of past experiences, but it was our best option. I had hoped there was more effort given to customer satisfaction, and for these reasons I will avoid renting a truck from Uhaul again. You have drug addicts working here qhile on drugs. Had a hooker yell at me to do it myself when i asked to have my equipment checked in. 45 minutes alter i asked again and the same meth head employee and ankther gentlemen, i assume to be her pimp or boyfriend, began screaming about "fuck uhaul i dont need this" and then the gentlemen began threatening me and telling me to come back at 7 when he is off work. I will be returning but it wont be alone. And it wont be at 7 when the place is closed. I suggest you fire these employees so they are not there when i return.Alexander T.

Only one young man seemed to care. The older guys were slow, evasive seemed skilled at no eye contact, and would let you stand around waiting without any acknowledgement. The young man would greet the first in line and could move for you. He had great people skills.LAURA MARILYNN M.

First of all, you could NOT charge over 500 dollars for a rental that was supposed to be one way one day. I was charged for 3 days and given just enough miles to make it to my destination. I stated it was a one way and a one day over and over, also that all I needed was a truck or van. Then I was told Bill's towing would have 100 dollars refund or a check, yet it ended up being something getting mailed to me from uhaul AND no confirmation of that check being mailed out. I will NEVER use U-Haul again because of this.Patrick P.
The pick up was awful, the guy Gary was rude and unprofessional didn't show me an ounce of courtesy was more interested in his food being delivered! Drop off was a little better not by much tho, people need to be thought how to address people and not make them feel like an inconvenience..I will never ever go to another uhaul again!Nichole H.

The guy that's too fat stand while working needs to lay off the doughnuts and eat his shitty attitude. His disrespectful tone and lack of effective communication skills will cause further issues with customers. I was very angry and frustrated with this gentleman until I realized heart failure and other serious health issues were in his near future.Matthew H.
The obese gentleman that has to sit down to work was very unprofessional while I was addressing a fee with another service representative. Respecful communication and empathy is not his expertise and he doesn't represent your brand well. I will never use U-haul again or recommend to anyone because of this gentleman's conduct.SAMUEL H.
