Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisWith the drama, and trauma of moving, I've yet to be disappointed with UHaul. Thank you for another positive experience.
Bonnie A | Expérience généraleTheir sign reads an elevator is available but not so ~ I had reserved a locker that was on 2nd floor because I thought there was an elevator
Debra K | Expérience généraleMost excellent staff well versed in job
RICKY B | Premières impressionsThe features you marketed don’t work. The temperature control is 100° the room is a 5 x 7 x 5 because it’s split off halfway through so I’m paying more for less pretty much. I’m not happy I’m overpaying and not getting what you’re promoting.
Nicholas S | Premières impressionsI was not aware of a price lock until now.
Paul U | Premières impressionsGot a letter stating I needed to make a payment on 6/5/2026, then I go onto the app to see what my total payment was, and read that I moved out of my storage on 6/9/2026. I never authorized my account to be closed and wasn’t done using the storage unit.
Melissa B | Expérience généraleAwkward spatialize arrangement(long and low instead not very deep and tall) and difficulty with tha key card access were the reasons I didn’t give or a 5 overall
Gordan R | Expérience généraleNice friendly staff
brian f | Expérience généraleConstantly can't get i. To my storage locker. Always problems. Tired of it already.
torin m | Premières impressionsLook, it advertised on the webpage that there was an elevator so I took a second story storage. No elevator. Just me, had to haul everything up and down the stairs. I expected Uhaul to be cleaner and more professional, but it was a pretty sketchy little storage unit that looks like it was built by gnomes.
LISA J | Expérience généraleHelpful staff. Awkward keycard entry
Gordan R | Premières impressionsThe staff is wonderful. Helpful and kind! The smell inside storage facility was too strong to store clothes etc, and I didn’t feel comfortable with some of the people hanging out around entrance and exit.
Summer M | Expérience généraleWebsite said there was an elevator, and there is no elevator, and there are huge gaps in the between the walls and the floor
LISA J | Premières impressionsThank you for your time!
DAVID B | Premières impressionsMedford U‑Haul has consistently been outstanding. I’ve relied on them many times over the years, and they’ve never let me down. Their team is always professional, helpful, and genuinely committed to making the rental process smooth and stress‑free. It’s rare to find a location that maintains this level of reliability and customer care every single time, but they do it effortlessly. I truly appreciate the consistency and the way they take care of their customers.
Samantha B | Expérience généraleMy unit was in an awkward spot, making it difficult to pull a trailer to. Also, there were some sort of wood boring bees leaving tiny saw dust on all my things. The staff however was always friendly and helpful when needed.
Lisa W | Expérience généraleThe only thing is I hated the stairs. To my unit
JOHN D | Expérience généraleStaff was very helpful and friendly. Made the process easy. Would recommend
SEAN B | Déménagement en ligneMarlon is the most amazing Manager ever. It reflects in his staff. I wouldn't use any other storage unit than this one...
