Gary was really helpful. It had taken me a couple of weeks to find a storage facility with an available storage unit. When I finally had, I booked it right away even though I was unable to get there for a few days. Upon arrival, my access was denied. I purchased a lock from uhaul when I rented my storage they kept locking my unit telling me the lock they sold me was not acceptable. I complained about never being able to access my unit because of faulty key cards and locks on my unit and was met with attitude and poor customer service. They told me they wouldnt lose business ot having me because they are always full anyway terrible employees the only good employee there was having his 1st day at work that says alot. Ive rented from uhaul in the past and have never had a bad experience. It wasn't necessarily the employees fault but honestly I would never go back to a facility where you had to wait for an hour every time to open your storage unit. Apparently the it guy was on leave and the company wouldn't let them hire someone else, so my code to access my storage unit never got programmed into the system. I wasted so many hours of my life trying to get into that stupid storage unit because there was never more than one person. at the front desk and most of them didn't understand why I couldn't just use my code and I got forgotten about so many times. I understand its covid but its the higher ups fault for not fixing this and it was a pain. Good day sirs.....Emma R. | Overall Experience

I have not been able to accsess my unit and I was told after I already paid that I could only access my unit during store hours 7am to 7pm not 10pm like I was told it would be.Erin S. | Online Move In
I came in on my one day off, I packed all day and planned to move quickly after picking up the truck. I arrived and Gary was so slow, unhelpful and Unknowledgeable. The rental unit I paid for on line was unavailable, Gary was not aware of this, did have a alternative unit. I could go on and on. Please get capable staff.Adela L. | Online Move In
My two year experience with Rogue Valley UHaul was beyond great until the Almeda Fire fallout and the ensuing madness forced us to move out of the area. I found it taxing to deal with all I was dealing with, and then to have UHaul not quickly enough recognize I had extenuating circumstances and aid in ending my contract. It was too much with the no response and continued charging. I do appreciate though that everything has been resolved and thank all who did help to do so. The reason is I have tried numerous times to get my July payment back since I closed my account on June 24th. The answer ing service assured me someone would call me right away and it still hasn't happened to resolve this. My number is 541-497-4266..David S. | Overall Experience
The only thing I had an issue with was getting parking in front of storage units, as a disabled veteran I think parking across the parking lot to get a few things out was a hassle/difficult. You should have one or two spots there specific for loading and unloading storage units infront of units. But all your U-Haul are taking all the parking.
