The truck I was assigned 1) was on empty for gas to start with 2) the drivers seat arm rest was broken off and just laying on the floor between the seats. 3) drivers seat would not move forward or backwards for adjustment to height of driver. 4) the cab of the truck smelled like smoke and was filthy dirty.

Ryan SThe location was fine. Pick up was easy the associate explained everything and I was out of there in 10 minutes or so. Returning after hours though was a nightmare. It needs to be streamlined and an email should go out prior to the expected drop off so that more of the required work can be completed before getting there. It took way too long to return it using the app.
Jeffrey BTerrible! I have no words to describe how terrible the uhaul have become. If I could give zero stars I would! Never again I am going to this location.
