The location was fine. Pick up was easy the associate explained everything and I was out of there in 10 minutes or so. Returning after hours though was a nightmare. It needs to be streamlined and an email should go out prior to the expected drop off so that more of the required work can be completed before getting there. It took way too long to return it using the app.

Anastasia AI did an early morning online check in. While the the store was closed. Upon retrieving my keys the vehicle would not start. It took quite a while to get a hold of and contact support. The direct chat was useless, the chat agent kept signing off. Once I had support I was told it would be a half hour, after I has spent nearly a half hour just trying to get responsive assistance. She did call me in about 10 min with a tech on the line and the key had to be reprogramed to the the igintion. The car started. There was four other 10' box vans at the site. Someone should have been able to remotely reassign me.
JAMES B$30 Safe Move insurance was added to the contract without my approval. I have made it clear to the operator before he pulled out the van that " I do not need any insurance".
