I want to thank Mr. Contreras (Manager), for his help and kindness during the years i rented my unit. He was always very helpful and with a smile. He sometimes made me feel as if i was one of his personal friends. A good approach to customer loyalty. He is a KEEPER!

Alan E | Expérience généraleMy experience was exceptional. The manager was knowledgeable and went out of his way to be helpful. I couldn’t have asked for better service and a better experience.
SUSAN C | Expérience généraleJuan was exceptional to work with during the entire time I had my storage. If it wasn’t for my move to SF I would have stayed. Thank you!
Choua V | Expérience généraleThe storage facility staff are nice and the place is secure, however rats got into all of our stuff and a lot of our furniture is now ruined since it is covered in feces and urine. We did not have any food or drink stored in our unit, so I am thinking maybe they went after some cleaning supplies or something. Unless you can store your things in a rat proof container, I would not recommend storing it here.
ROBERT H | Expérience généraleThank you for a great stay!
ALAN G | Expérience généraleNo have the need for the storage unit.
ADRIENNE U | Expérience généraleStorage was not used. I called and cancelled my reservation by phone more than 24 hours prior. Please issue my refund, at this time. Thanks!
Domnic P | RéservationI've never been charged a fee to make a reservation. Then I'm told it's fully refundable only after completing a required survey is outrageous. I tried to speak with someone at the location, no luck.
LaRonna L | RéservationDropped by yesterday as our move has changed to this Friday. Juan was very helpful and assured me that I would have an available unit come this Friday.
Tracy M | RéservationEasy and they gave me a storage unit close to the door for easy access which was very kind.
Danielle W | RéservationThe equipment was ready and all employees were professional and courteous. My move was made easier by not having to worry about these details. Thank you.
Aditya J | RéservationOrdered on line .. very easy, unit was clean and moving dollies were available.
