The manager was very rude has no P.R skills , I was running 2 hour late call me start off telling me how I need to tell him why I am 2 hours late I tried to talk to him and he hung up on me , I rent from Uhaul 2 to 3 times a month , I have never been treated like that so disrespectful , I guess that why this place has a lot of trucks there not rented

Your web presence makes it hard to find but I persisted because I always get friendly service from the operator. However you app which tries to eliminate customer service and forces me to use my phone in the bright sun with no interaction will make it not matter how well the place is run. It is demeaning and self serving. So it will be self service in the future. Thank you for letting me wait on me.
