JONNI JI showed up to rent on time (actually a couple minutes early), , but U-haul did not assign equipment to my reservation because the system was down, which was not communicated until I was on the phone. Therefore, I had to speak to FOUR different people to complete what should have been as easy process to pick up. This took almost half an hour, making me late for my appointment and causing fees there. Therefore, I did not fill up the gas tank - it was at 1/4 tank when I got it. I would like to be refunded the $21 gas fee due to this unpleasant experience.
