Very nice clean location while maintained Terry was excellent in helping me check in the trailer I would definitely recommend blockhouse storage

Large lot to park trailer in. Employee showed up to close rental even though the office was closed.

Charles HOffice was closed when I arrived and I was expected to unhook the U-Haul by myself.
TORI TThe pickup location was great and convenient to my home. BUT, one of the security chains on the dolly had no hook on the end. I could not use it to secure the dollied vehicle and had to improvise by adding my own chain and bungee cord to secure the security chain and secure the dollied vehicle. Without a hook on the end, the security chain was a loose swinging tag end. Can't secure the dollied vehicle with a loose chain and can't drive without securing it somehow. The situation caused unneeded stress and loss of valuable time when getting ready to depart. Come on U-Haul, make sure the product is ready for use before pickup.
