The trailer hitch was buried in a snow bank and I had to dig it out by hand because there was nobody on-site to help. The snow had turned to ice so it had to be chipped out. It took me over an hour before I was able to hookup and leave.

Great customer service Terry was awesome made sure my equipment was hooked up right was very convenient and accessible
Terry KClean the trucks. This thing was disgusting! on the inside we had pizza boxes behind the seat. Chicken bones on the dash. I had to go buy cleaning supplies and halfway clean the inside myself… for a rental that cost nearly 2,000$ to rent for 3 days one would think that it would be detailed. Exterior was just as dirty and trash was left behind in the cargo area.
