Robert EThey charge a ridiculous fee for fuel but don't give u credit for extra fuel you put in then they charge for miles only take certain cards for use for certain vehicles don't take since then they put xtra hold on ur money but don't say that
Robert CThe employees were really helpful and had great customer service I only had issues with the truck itself. It drove horrrible! I felt like it was gonna. Break down when I drove it. The breaks are extremely bad and it drives like the transmission is about to go out. It shouldn’t be rented to anyone else unless it’s repaired.
Jazmin HThe overall cleanliness of the vehicle was great along with the staff/location. However, the brakes in the vehicle was well past worn. The brakes were pulsating, and the vehicle had extreme difficulty stopping even while unloading. The vehicle was 100% not safe to drive.
