I got there at the office was looking up the store. The off hour employee did tell me in the parking lot that the rental pickup is completed online. I didn't like that I had to provide family members phone # as when I rent a vehicle they don't ask for all that and i had to call them to let family know my business so that they can answer the call. That was extremely annoying. Also when returning van all the excessive picture taking on there van given that it would be more appreciated that they inspect it regardless to make it quicker to return as their return parking lot was dark and scary and it was me and my daughter returning it at 9:30p at night and the gate sign said it closes at 10p by the time we finished the return it was after 10p. Not sure if i would use again not just the location but uhaul in general only because of the process.

Bradley KSeveral unauthorized payments were taken from my account that was associated with the uhaul rental agreement. I paid all payments every time i had the uhaul vehicle every extension and the original fee and yet when I return the uhaul to close my uhaul account two large unauthorized payments hit my debit card which overdrew my bank account. I have tried getting back the money that I was over charged and no authorized payment was given. I think there's a mistake on uhaul's behalf and need to satisfy the issue immediately.
