Poor situation, but staff were helpful through it. The renter who had my truck before me arrived an hour late, then had to leave again to fill the truck with gas, so I left with my truck an hour and a half late. The line of trucks was too close together and it was hard for me to safely pull out of the line. There was no windshield wiper fluid and the windshield was covered in spattered insects. The staff were supportive and communicated status updates to me throughout the process.

I was given the wrong size truck and didn't realized it untilmy movers told me and by then it was too late. Some of my stuff did not fit and now requires a few extra trips with the car.

There was a over charge and the nice representatives did there part to correct. One gentleman was in training and the other was seasoned. Now its up to my bank to work out the overcharge. Other than that everything went smoothly. I was fortunate to rent one of your newer cargo van.

The after hours return process is terrible!!!! After several of us downloaded the UHaul app to complete our return and spending an extra 40 mins after a day long move only to find out your App hasn’t been working for awhile was quite frustrating!! Please don’t ask customers to use the app if it doesn’t work.

The U-Haul application. The verification process is somewhat weird: "the call to a friend" was ~5s long and after no response from my friend I was rejected from self-service processing. Upon the vehicle return the photo with mileage couldn't be uploaded because of some glitch on the server side I assume. Then I needed to call the customer center and wait for ~30 minutes. The customer center experience was more or less ok though.

I had wanted to park a car there for the day but was told there is only parking on the street, which is impossible to find. However, there appeared to be some parking right on site.

I was charged additional $10 for CDW - insurance. Although I refused the coverage. These $10 should be reimbursed.

I was more than happy that dixon & janellie were able to accommidate me with the truck time & storage info. & help. We under estimated the storage size we needed & was told "no problem" by janellie... best 2 words ever...lol So my husband was over it & said he'll handle it monday. OK then, wipes sweat off forehead. Then dixon was able to streach our drop off time...looks my mother's day is off to a great start so thank you so much & we look forward to continuing business with u-haul (you all)...lol to put that in there i think i'm funny But Really Thanks Kalymba Clark Jodie Smith ????????

No comments for improvement. Just wanted to additionally remark on the excellent service provided by Dixon. We arrived a couple minutes past closing. He not only and out to help us do the self-pick up but he stayed with us for an additional 30 mins past closing — just to make sure we were all set. We were genuinely impressed.

Isaac at the Brookline, MA location was incredibly helpful. The overall U-Haul website/company is lacking in organization. I booked a truck online to be picked up in Roxbury, MA. The truck was actually picked up in Brookline, MA because UHaul did not have trucks in Roxbury. For drop off when I booked online I chose a location offered in Franklin, MA. When at the Brookline, MA location I was informed that the Franklin, MA location was not a valid drop off location anymore. The UHaul website needs to be revamped.

Drop off after hours needs to change. The actual drop off of the van was extremely easy, but the process of calling, waiting on hold, visiting websites, etc. was very confusing

Issac was wonderful. The store had a line of 10 people waiting to pick their trucks up and he handled it perfectly with a calm and collected effort. He made sure each customer was taken care of before he moved on to the next. I did not mind the wait as it was nice to actually see an employee care about taking care of their customers. Well done!
