RALPH DJust doesn’t seem to be run well
RONALD LFirst I was told that my reservation that was made 2 months prior wasn’t going to happen in the time period I had requested. They wanted me to wait a day when I had prior obligations. When they called the lady said that there wasn’t a U-Haul available is a 100 mile radius. After a lot pushing she said there wasn’t one in Chelan 45 miles away. We didn’t get a credit for this inconvenience or credit for the mileage. The van itself was dirty and sticky inside. The windows were filthy inside and the outside of the van and windows were sticky and covered in something that was hard to clean. This experience was stressful and the conversation with the U-Haul rep on the phone was unhelpful.
