Arrived to pick up trailer early, because I did not know if the checkout would take a long time. Checkout went smoothly and only took a few minutes. Next day I arrived 22 minutes latter. They charged me for a whole extra day.

The employees were helpful and customer focused. They also dressed professionally as well. The dress standard has decreased across the last few uhaul experiences we have had. One lady that we rented from in Defuniak Springs Florida came out in a see through dress with no shoes! This business in Huntsville far exceeded our expectations.
