The agent at pick-up and drop-off was awesome. He was fast, knowledgeable and friendly! I was in and out of the store within 5 minutes. Drop-off was quick and easy with the gentleman as well! He gets 2 thumbs up! The truck needed to be swept out when I got it back to my house. It also seemed like the truck needed an alignment because the drive wasn't smooth at all. The experience picking up was nice. He was very helpful and pleasant. However, the vehicle was disgusting. I had to wipe the entire vehicle down and it was filthy. It felt terribly unsafe driving it. I was disappointed in the overall vehicle experience.MICHAEL D.

The contract states that a $20 charge will be applied if after-hours return is not completed online.However, there is no ATT cellular coverage at this location, so I could not complete the online return. I was not charged the $20, but the contract should not indicate the $20 fee if online return is not possible.John M.
I had everything set up online before I went to the location so all I had to do was pick up the truck. I get there the guy said I just want to confirm that I want coverage which I already selected the $15 coverage . I bring the truck back and it says coverage $28 . He upgraded my coverage when I already selected which one I wanted . I did go over the miles by 5 miles. So I understand the charge there but I was also charged a rental charge which on my paper said 19.95 . But again when I returned the vehicle my receipt said 39.90 . I was overcharged because they upgraded when I already selected my coverage . Not sure why I was also charged 39.90 when I paid 19.95 for rental rate. Ridiculous. Went from 176 to 218 when I returned the truck.Evvie B.

Just ensure the dollie is in working order if one is ordered. It was an opportunity on my part also to look closer. Great explanation on everything. Kris was professional. Oh ya, it's hard to get thru when calling. Maybe try to get a different system to reach someone at the proper location, the one you rented from. My reservation was changed the day before via text message because of lack of trucks at my original place of pick up. I made the reservation a month prior. When picking the truck up at the new location, they did not have the equipment that had been ordered at the time of the reservation placement, again made a month ago. It was raining all day which then led me to discover that the truck was leaking. All of my belongings had to be covered in a tarp so that they would not get ruined by the leaking rain water. I tried calling uhaul multiple times and no one ever answered the phone, I tried for over 45 minutes each time. Overall I was very dissatisfied with my uhaul experience and will not be using this company again.KRISTINA M.

I would recommend that you require all vehicles to have a full tank of fuel at pick up. Mine was less then 1/4 tank. If your customers bring back a truck with less then full then they should be charged a large premium for having to have the truck topped off.FRANK G.
