The only thing that I wasn't impressed with was the sales associate who served me at the beginning. He didn't speak a word of French. None. What would've happened if I didn't speak English? We are in QuÃ©bec. Every employee should at least speaks French. Please, I would appreciate if the company would correct the situation. MerciCAROLINE M.

The trailer had an electric lighting issue (short) which affected the turning light circuit. While functional (less intensity of the LED light), it gave an "trailer burned out bulb" message on the towing vehicle dash.RADUCU D.

I was not able to connect to your site upon return to confirm location (not my setting...I stayed about 15 minutes on site). The gaz level was way lower when I pick-up the truck vs when I returned it (and I have extra fuel charge) . I don't agree with the extra charges and not happy at all.FRANCOIS C.

Couldn't log in my account to change the pick-up hour, check-in or use the Share function. Tried to call several times, finally got one person who changed the pick-up time. Told her I couldn't access my account, she tried to transfer me to another service, the line hung up... I didn't even start using the truck that my customer experience was already bad. At least the truck worked good, was in good condition and easy to drive. The suspensions could be a little better, considering it is a moving truck and you don't want your stuff to get broken in the transport. Customer service in the shop was okay.ESTHER B.

L'application afin de faire le ramassage/retour sans contact est sommes toute assez convivial, par contre quelques frustrations Ã©taient prÃ©sentes. 1- Lors de l'appel de vÃ©rification, l'employÃ© n'articulait pas assez. 2- Il y a deux fois la province QuÃ©bec/Quebec + Qc/QC, et le code postal Ã©tait problÃ©matique en fonction du choix 3. Un bug trÃ¨s irritant au moment de prendre la photo pour le niveau d'essence, si le nombre n'est pas identique Ã ce qui est dÃ©jÃ inscrit Ã§a fait une erreur et il faut recommencer. De petits bugs qui vous permettra de vous amÃ©liorer, mais sinon c'est vraiment un bon service !! Merci !Maxime J.

I was suppose to pick up the truck next to my house on tacherau but the day before they told me i needed to go to on notre dame to pick it up. This led to me having to pay more gas and km. The gas tank was also only a quarter full so i had to stop for gas on my way home and go again before returning the truck . The truck also had running problem. It would shut down on its own and sometimes i had to stop on the freeway to restart it because it would get stuck in certain gears and would rev above 5000 rpm. It was just poor planning and exectution on your end. I wouldnt go to uhaul for my next truck rentaltristan D.

I have booked initially for 24h, I know I did FOR A FACT that I did because I was playing with the timeframe to do a 24h rental on the spot. Somehow my reservation was changed to 9 hours, to be returned at 3h30 AM. This is impossible because we have a curfew in place! I called in the morning about this and the "schedule manager" was pissed off and was really grumpy about it. In the end somehow my bill jumped by 50$, I had no invoice, nothing to explain it. Also the mobile check-in kept screwing up, this was a bad experience.Alexandre C.

We tried to do self check out, but had a problem, so we went inside, waited in line and found out it was because the agent assigned the same truck to two people. So in this case our self check out ended up taking more time than saving us time. Also, we tanked up at the end of the day to the 1/2 point as indicated by the agent that gave us the truck, but we got charged $10 extra for not tanking up enough. We're trying to fight this.Ewelina S.
