I recently I rented a auto transport and when I returned it I had some damage to my truck electrical plug in. When the guy went to unplug the trailer lights he pulled out the entire plug. Then he knocked on my window with the plug in his hand and said he pulled it off and could not get it back on. Now I have a broken plug with missing clips. I have a complaint about Uhaul in general, not this particular location. Your computer system has some serious problems. I tried to reserve my rental on your website, but when it got to the insurance screens it wouldn't move forward at all. I even tried selecting insurance I didn't need with the intention of deleting it from my cart, but that wouldn't work either. I had this problem in both Chrome and Firefox, so the problem is on your end. -- Next I went to the location in person to reserve the truck and trailer. Everything went fine until the CS rep tried to print a confirmation. It wouldn't print. -- When I came back to pick the truck up, there was a problem with the system processing my rental. The CS rep had to override the automatic input screens and enter everything manually. And even then there was a problem printing my paperwork. -- And finally, when I returned the equipment, the receipt wouldn't print from the handheld unit. The CS rep had to manually bring my rental back up in the system and print it again. -- The equipment was great, the reps did a great job. But your computer system behaves like it was designed by a junior high computer club. You probably ought to fix that.

Good service, they were busy when I was there so it took a few minutes to get waited on, but it was an acceptable time so no problem. The lady that checked the truck out for me was very knowledgeable and explained everything.

Web reservation should make the customer aware that they will need to upload the drivers license number at the rental location if they do not do at the time of the reservation.

The truck was old and crappy. It's a one way truck so I cannot say it had anything to do with the pickup location. It was very very VERY loud while accelerating and seemed like something was wrong with the engine because of the noise it was making. It also had some rust spots on it that made it seem old and not well taken care of. Other than that, it was as smooth a ride as one would expect from a big old moving truck.

Employee asked if I wanted a printed receipt or an emailed receipt. I said email would be fine. I never got it. So I have no receipt. Unsatisfactory.

We rented a cargo van from this location for the second time this month because our initial experience was so great... this time was equally as great! I will definitely be returning for my all my moving and hauling needs!!! Don't change, you guys are doing an excellent job!!

Originally showed up to location at 10am as told to find no one at location for pickup; therefore, I called Uhaul customer service and they could not reach anybody at location and apologized for the inconvenience. Since no one was there I was sent to a new location (the above location) service there was prompt. However, I was already 1 1/2 hr behind schedule, forced to get an UBER to the new location. Very unhappy with service next time I will stick with Penske have never had an issue with them like this.

I rented a truck and paid for it. more than $100 for half a day. What can be said? Well, to begin with, I also used the "move assist" feature to hire two helpers. UHaul required my credit card at the time I did the hiring on the UHaul site. When we got to the jobsite, the helper wondered if I had the "payment code" I had no idea so I called UHaul. UHaul had no idea what I was talking about and said they simply referred me to a company that provides the help. Neither the person who answered the phone nor the manager had any knowledge of the matter and said UHaul has nothing to do with the help. But when I tried again on the helper site, it linked me back to UHaul. And it is UHaul asking for my review of the workers. To make a rainy day perfect, when I returned the truck I was told there would be a 25 dollar cleaning fee. I objected, took a broom for five minutes and it was clean. I'll not be back
