The process was confusing. There was zero gas in the tank and looked like it had been siphoned. The woman working at the gas station was as helpful as she could be but really was not very informative.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe person who attended us was not knowledgeable, I did not receive good service from him
Alejandro ALocation was great. The issue was the U-Haul app. I was told I could pick up a truck remotely at 4:30pm on a Friday, but it wasn't possible when I showed up. I lost time on my move by having to wait until the next morning. The local service team was helpful in trying to find another truck, but they were too far away.
Rob AThis location does a great job. Super easy and convenient. Highly recommend.
Matthew MCheck engine light and trailer/tow light were both on. Truck still worked but it was a little nerve wracking
