Location was great. The issue was the U-Haul app. I was told I could pick up a truck remotely at 4:30pm on a Friday, but it wasn't possible when I showed up. I lost time on my move by having to wait until the next morning. The local service team was helpful in trying to find another truck, but they were too far away.
