If you purchased from us online to be shipped to your home, please send an email to store@uhaul.com or give us a call at 1-866-277-6855 so we can arrange for a reshipment. If you purchased online to be picked up from a store or if you purchased directly from one of our stores, we recommend returning to the store and letting them know that the boxes did not include the necessary wardrobe bars.
