William VInside of the cab was filthy with chip crumbs and soda cans. A quick sweep and I had it looking much better.
Tobias KIt wasn't clear where to drop off the truck and trailer and there was NO (Key Drop Off Location). I had to leave the truck there and bring back the keys the next business day. I'm glad I was only 7 miles away. On a good note the men was very pleasant when I dropped off the keys.

Eric RComputer wasn't working and the employee didn't know how to operate the system . had to wait for a long time to get everything resolved and did not receive a paper receipt due to the inoperational system.
John RI shouldn't of had to travel 80 mikes to pick up the truck. I initially had an agreement to pick it up locally! Maybe uhaul shouldn't overbook

david cNot the location we choose, and was 90 miles out of our way . creepy location. We were charged for equipment we did not receive plus 50 more dollars than our initial online setup.

JIMMY BHad to wait 30 minutes for the rental agent to get there.But the guy working the yard was very helpful, and hooked the trailer up for me, and even replaced a bad fuse on my truck.

SERGIO POwner was not at location. They asked me to leave the truck there with the keys and the contract in it. They kept the original contract which shows all charges after I let them know I needed to submit it to my company.
