I did have my old lock with me but was still a little disappointed I could not get the promotion because the website/link when clicked said I was unable to complete online sign in.

Sebastian W | First ImpressionsThe staff and facility is great. I had to lower the rating because everything I owned was full of and thick with dust. I literally have to use a scrub brush to wash it off. I'm giving my sofa away and a lot of my furniture because of it. Plus, all of those items and my laundries are full of mice excrement and their hair. I now have about 30 black garbage bags of laundry to do, which includes linens for the bed, towels, blankets, plus clothing, if I decide to keep it. I had 2-3 storage lockers there. 2 had been there for over 2.5 years, and the 3rd had been there for about 9 months. That's a lot of money to pay, then feel excited to finally have everything back, and receive my belongings in that shape. I just wasn't aware that there would be so much dust, dirt, and mice excrement entering the lockers. It's never happened before. I do understand that the lockers were outside and drive up. I wasn't told or warned about that happening to my things by word if mouth from the staff, nor in the contract. I'd never have stored almost everything I owned, which is equal to a 2 bedroom plus the entirety of my office which also included furniture. Unfortunately, this is why I lowered the rating, plus cannot t be telling my friends to store anything at that U-Haul in particular. I've used other U-Haul storage addresses in the past and never had this experience.

Jared A | First ImpressionsI want to apologize for the hassle you had to go through with the unit. It was never my intention for it to turn out the way it did. I know the unit was under my name but it was suppose to be turned over to the lady whom had all her stuff in the unit.,.She was to come with me and have her name on the unit as I was doing a huge favour spur of fhe moment .thing for her. I had sent a msg to her about the auction whether she came and made good on her stuff I have no idea. If you had to auction the contents I hope that there was enough good stuff in there for you to recoupe some of which was owing. Again I do apologise for any inconvenience. There were a pair of black Dayton boots in the unit if they didn’t sell and you by chance still have them or access to them I would purchase them. Thank you
