Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisIn these economically challenging times it is sort of nice to have somewhat a sense of security knowing that the price won’t change for a year at least. But as for the location of the unit, especially with my handicap of walking with a cane, I could not get closer to the unit with my vehicle simply because the path to said unit is too narrow for a vehicle to fit let alone being able to open any doors of panels from the side of the vehicle if it would have fitted. Simply because the row for the numbers of said unit is behind and on gravel and not paved. Which also makes it difficult to walk properly with the cane. Other than that the staff were courteous and helpful with the directions of the rental unit and procedures. It is also very useful that a free lock is included with the rental.

kuldeep s | Expérience généraleMy locker was outside in all sorts of weather elements. Everything was still as dry as the first day I had put the contents in the locker. I was very impressed, I had not opened my locker in many years and I was surprised that I had no sign of any rodent droppings. The disc lock looked a little rusty and old looking, and I was unsure if it would open but I was still able to open it with no problem. The location is very clean and the staff are exceptional. Thank you.
