The unit I reserved on Sept 2023 was not available and we learned that on arival and at that point we had to get a bigger storage unit and pay more. 2. Uhaul had a rate increase within one year of our usage. 3. Unloading the unit was a disaster because you can't have a sign for people not to park their car in front of loading/unloading door? The movers had to park far on the side street that cost us more to unloading and some of our furniture was damaged because on uneasy access. I will
