This U-Haul's service was wonderful! They showed me which storage units were available and the price was very competitive.
frances s | First ImpressionsTo clarify my NO to the first question, There was no light inside storage which is not good during day or night. I know there is policy in place but that doesn’t make sense. Otherwise everything else was great from booking, payment to the end using the app.

Kareem B | First ImpressionsI didn't like having to sign in and then sign in again on the opposite side of the door. And then having to sign in every time especially having to access the unit multiple times trying to carry things in and out during one visit.

Blanca V | Overall ExperienceYour employees park directly infront of paying customers. Your staff does listen or have common sense. You threatening to lock my unit if payment was even a few days past due. There is no room to move around as boxes and trailers parked without logic. You clowns owe me money as far as I am concerned. I couldn't wait to rent an expensive truck that once again you tried ripping me off for. So I could move my items to a competitors storage units. Twice the size, half the price and no trailers in my way each time. You are a joke at best!!!!
Johnathon B | Overall ExperienceI don't understand why there's no electricity in the unit's. I understand that people might be living in their unit in the winter because of heaters. But its not fair for the rest of us that pay for access and not getting full access to use it. Apparently they give a lamp to see. Big deal, how many lamps do you have for us to use. Do we have to wait if someone is using the lamps. That's also not fair.
