BOBBY W | Premières impressionsI had been at this location for 5 years + maybe longer than expected. Moving my family's personal belongings or mine was not on the front line because there where safe and secure The communication from upper management throughout the end was very poor. Constantly charged for late fees and calls from multiple people and numbers letting me think my items would be sold if not paid but the funny thing is credit cards were on file. The turn over from terminating employees was high. Communication was lost and myself and family paid for it.. I am glad we are done with this location and I will never use this company again. Terry was awesome and Jason from customer service, sorry for the way I behaved and you'll never see me again. Angel and Christina are not certified to run this location. That's customer service at it's worst.
ann d | Expérience généraleYall turned off my auto pay and when i called the store to pay they would hang up on me. When i called corporate to pay they told me to call the store. I trid to pay online and it said to call the store to make a payment
herbert c | Expérience généraleI live one block from you so I pass by your business often. I have used U-Haul a lot in the pass years the only storage I will ever use. Y’all are friendly, professional, careing clean🙏🏾😃🥰
Olenna T | Premières impressionsStorage Manager Christina H and New GM Angel had extremely high level performance and quality customer service! They were empathetic and always spoke to me with respect , Very Thankful ♥️
Esmeralda V | Expérience généraleMy experience with UHaul was fantastic except when moving out. The last few boxes I couldn’t move because of a. Power outage. Although this was not caused by anything U-Haul caused.
steve p | Expérience généraleTo began the storage room I had scheduled ahead of time was rented out to someone else and I had also requested on the first floor was not available when I got there on my appointed day plus when I went to take out my belongings the sliding door was broken sorry but I will not recommend this location to anybody
Eddie M | Expérience généraleI was locked out on multiple occasions because of the staff locking doors at inappropriate times. The parking is DEPLORABLE because you are always blocked by returning vehicles and there is no available space to park to get in or load. Staff is excellent, units are clean and amazing, parking is not ideal
GAYLA G | Expérience généraleEverything was perfect my personal things was perfectly secured didn’t had an issue with the staffs and units at this place
Frances P | Expérience généraleCustomer service on line needs improvement.
Candelaria O | Expérience généraleCarmen is amazing! She made a difficult move much easier for me!
CORTNEY M | Expérience généraleThe custodians, Maria, and a man (I can’t recall his name), were friendly, responsive and helpful. Their kindness was such a nice ending to a very stressful out of state move.
Patricia A | Déménagement en ligneIt is the best company that I have been satisfied in All the process and friendly Manager and Staff. This will be my go to place from now on. GIVE THEM A RAISE! If you get bad reviews it will always be only the impatient entitled customers. You have a great staff in this location.
