Kelly and Chuck and ALL of the staff are VERY helpful and knowledgable and ready to help figure any issues out. The only issue is it is very hard to get ahold of someone to actually talk with them, because they are always very busy and hold time is extremely long, so if you need answers fairly quickly, it can be challenging. But they do seem to go above and beyond if there is an issue to make it right, and they try to make things as simple as possible. I will refer them and continue to use for all of my business/renta/storage needs.
