I asked for an appliance Dolly and did not have one There was no Dolly in the truck either. So I don't want to be charged for that. I did call in and speak to someone about that.

terry v | First ImpressionsLiked the Manager Bethany 👍 liked the staff love indoor facility clean restrooms. Unfortunately back when we rented storage there was a Rodent issue we had to throw away 80%of our belongings. But I've passed other customers storage units since then and things apparently are as they should be now We have lots of pictures 📸 even Rodent urine and droppings everywhere holes chewed through boxes clothes important paperwork etc. We have insurance from the company that insured our belongings. As long as we are reimbursed for our losses Yes we will Rent from Georgesville rd Uhaul and recommend the clean indoor and out of doors rentals and trucks and Staff Bethany and her crew are great I'm giving a good rating because of the way things are now back when we first rented things looked good but the rodents got into our storge unit . We don't remember who was in charge back then. We made complaints with the front desk many times. Thank goodness they documented it. That's why we will be back .
scott k | Overall ExperienceI had my spot for a little over 5 years and never had any issues with theft or vandalism. My remote always worked, I never had any issues or concerns parking my vehicles here. This is probably “the” safest place to park a vehicle on the west side of Columbus. I’m only leaving because I moved to a different city. Thank you guys!
