Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisBoth staff members that were working the day of my arrival were very helpful! I would definitely recommend this location to other others.
Adam R | Premières impressionsCustomer service at site was very good and helpful
Mike B | Premières impressionsAppreciate the cleanliness and upkeep.
Terry L | Expérience généraleMuchas gracias por toda su atencion, lo unico es que era un poco incomodo pra almacenar, de lo contrario todo fue excelente.
Victor F | Expérience généraleIt is great
glen m | Expérience généraleI was not able to get the storage size I required I was told the size I had would be suffice and I had to give up my bed and a cabinet I really liked. Plus a bunch of stuff I couldn’t fit in it. I didn’t know it was 10”high and not long or wide.
NICOLLE M | Premières impressionsI checked-in to my location and was given a storage space and access code. When I arrived to the location with my U-Haul truck, the storage space was still locked. I had to add two more legs to my trip because staff didn't set up the space properly. I was told that management would be reaching out to me shortly but, two days later, I still haven't been contacted. Horrible service. I won't be using U-Haul again.
Abu S | Déménagement en ligneThe staff were always professional and friendly. Facility is very clean.
DANIEL C | Expérience généraleWe found the lights in the hallway by our unit was on a timer and it was a very short time for the light to be on, so you'd have to walk down the hall to trigger the light to come back on every few minutes, which wasn't very convenient. We also found that every few months the price would go up, so it became quite more expensive than when we first started storing our things there.
Lori R | Expérience généraleBased on what I experienced my locker being broken into would not recommend to a friend or anyone there needs to be better security measures at this storage especially the door leading to the lockers needs to be locked and only customers who have access to those lockers only have keys to the lock so that you can't get anyone to just walk in other people's storage units
