Had to change the size of my unit after we did it for a smaller one and the employee, think his name was Andrew, was so very helpful and changed it with no problem .

It was a clean place for my belongings.
nathan g | Overall ExperienceThe staff was not attentive. The first day I told them handle on my unit was broken after the employee told me to meet him out back and I parked in wrong place. The employee just stood in place and watched me and did not direct me. I mentioned the broken handle again later the same week Came back 2 weeks later and told them again. Day of my move out still broken. On same day employee told me I had to take photos of my unit before moving out. I immediately went upstairs took photos came to door and no one answered. I had to walk around to the entire building and when I came back two employees were behind the desk. There should be more flat dollies there is only one. That made my move even more difficult.

rodolfo c | Overall ExperienceThe employee was not clear he just told me to meet him in the back. The parking is awkward in a tight space. He just stood there when i pulled into wrong area. He also didn't tell me there was a lock already on the door just recommended I buy silver one. The lock on the door doesn't even have a key. When we got upstairs he also didn't know where my unit was and we walked much further than necessary basically in a circle. Why didnt he take the map with him? There are far too many mattress carts. Only ONE with a flatbed. He said the other one was stolen.Why not replace it with others instead of inconveniencing everyone?? I had to do multiple trips due to this fact. I am not even storing a mattress! This is a huge nationwide business! He also didn't know if there was a unit without a pillar and we went all the way downstairs for him to tell me this. Time is money and mine was not respected.

DIANNA M | Overall ExperienceMajor issues with locks causing no access for over 6 weeks because the manager had to remove lock. However it didn’t get done even with my following up causing me to lose months of revenue that had a snowball effect on my finances and business. Also had to get additional storage to store because of no access causing a bigger financial issue for me. Always a wait to get assistance in office many times waiting over an hour. More wait time if staff is needed in the storage facility. Originally the customer service was good even with the long wait times. Staff was replaced with 2 very rude and unhelpful employees while the others were okay. One of the rude employees was suppose to help several times an each time he left saying he’d be back only to have me waiting while he went off to lunch etc. The new manager, Andrew did attempt to assist but the lack of follow through from before and appuyat
