I wanted to mention that Hazel was very professional and helpful with the whole process and made me feel happy to return to Los Angeles. After going away for a couple of years she was great in a lot ways. I really appreciate it. Thank you

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisWhen we go on the weekends there was never any parking. We parked where your rental trucks would go and on the day of move out one of the employees asked that I move the car. I kindly expressed that there was no other parking and that we had to load things into our car. He responded with an attitude saying we had to move anyways. Parking is definitely an issue here unfortunately. Other than that it was great.
CRISTIAN F | Expérience généraleI had a pleasant experience with Uhaul, Hazel and her staff at this facility. I had placed my belongings here knowing that it would be safe. I was not disappointed. They were there for a year until I moved out. Thanks Uhaul.
Frances G | Expérience généraleStaff at the office was excellent. After hours call center NO HELP....they expected me to wait until 4AM AZ time to get assistance???? I couldn't afford $133+ monthly for over a year. Lost my home during the Palisades/Eaton fires last year and currently living in a shelter run by Volunteer's of America/SEPULVEDA VILLA in North Hills, CA...I was lucky to get a ride to retrieve my paperwork. If another client had not open and held the door for me, I would've been locked up and someone was waiting. Got in trouble at the shelter for arriving at 10:18PM, we have a,curfew
karla n | Expérience généraleU-haul, At Water Village, conveniently located right off the five freeway next to L.A. River. I really enjoy the atmosphere at this location. Angel, is a gentleman who runs a tight ship yet is relaxed. Which is what sets the tone for his place. The whole team is knowledgeable yet efficient. Luis and Angus team "L.A." located by USC are also very personable people. I love this company and its culture they really grasp the concept of community leadership in this field. Great work!
MALIA L | Premières impressionsI appreciate the staff’s conduct and professionalism is outstanding.. thank you all
leonel m | Expérience généraleolder storage unit - price increases every year - area surrounding is not great - you guys removed/updated the old doors but never said anything - elevator is old
LINDA Q | Expérience généraleThe employees/african American where acting kinda funny and forgot to give me my contract so idk but something was off w the employesss respectfully SS
EDGAR R | Premières impressionsI had my belongings stolen after I was given a date to pay my storage unit which I had been paying on for over 3years..store manager Maria Cash 1836 Arapahoe st. Los Angeles Ca
Corey G | Expérience généraleEveryone was very hospitable and kind to me yesterday (5/21/26) upon moving into my storage. I also really appreciate how knowledgeable everyone was. Thank you to the folks at the Arapahoe location!
NEHEMIAH R | Premières impressionsEverything was great, the only issue I have is that the elevator was incredibly slow. As my unit was on the 6th floor, standing in or waiting for the elevator took up the majority of my loading/unloading time.
Wein H | Expérience généraleshort use but everything was great
JASON L | Expérience généraleexcellent customer service, I was recognized on sight and appreciated the assistance during an extremely difficult time.
LAVERNE K | Expérience généraleMaria Cash was/is so helpful and she keeps the front area tidy as well.
Schaharzad P | Expérience généraleMy entire U-HAUL adventure was a nightmare, but the last 2 fatalities attempted to correct the errors.
