ADAM B | First ImpressionsI don’t know what happened or who did it but U-Haul changed for the better if not the best - at least on my experience 2026 . Born in the in the 70s 2026 rental experience at U haul FAR exceeded expectations. Real live Staff was courteous acted like they loved there job and liked to work their- clean truck was Ran like it was well maintained everything worked ! I couldn’t believe it ??? My experience picking up and dropping off was extremely easy- don’t change a thing ! Scale 1-10 I give you all 11 ! I don’t know who changed U Haul - everything from Customer Service , clean and maintained truck , a user friendly app professional friendly live Customer Service I would recommend it to a friend and I actually do as a far exceeded my expectations. Keep in mind I was born in the 70s and it’s a big difference from using them in the 90s and early 2000s. Great experience and the app seems to be user-friendly and I’m not very tech savvy. Please never change your live customer service real people who answer your questions over phone courteous polite and well trained. Thank you ! This is based off my experience 2026 !
