Female staff was rude and unorganized, gave master key to customers multiple times, inflexible and wait times were horrible. One elevator works.

Every inch of this location is squeaky clean!

Wait times were horrendous, elevatorsnwere stuxk, what should have taken 20 minutes took 2 hours

The billing was easy and was notified of each payment. We found out when we went to remove our belongings, the storage unit I paid for was not the storage unit the items were in. A lock was added to our unit stating we owed for several months. The lady who assisted us told us she needed to find her phone and then she would remove the lock added to the wrong unit. It was very frustrating we were not treated as a valued customer. We had to get another employee to help us since the previous person was too busy finding her phone. She also deactivated our key so we couldn't get in the elevator until another employee noticed we needed help and assisted us. We also heard her yelling with the customer before us. It was very uncomfortable and I felt bad for the customer.

Sometimes, after the office hours, alarms would go off on the upper floors. It would be unbearable and there'd be no way to shut them off. Other than that it was a good storage facility.

The only Reason that I do not give an excellent Rating is that I had to go back to the facility the next day to close my contract. By that time they already charged me an extra month. The people in store solved it with no hesitance, but I had to go back to the store. I was lucky I decided to stay in Philadelphia for an extra day. If not, I could have not done the reclamation.

The 2 staff members completing the check in for storage reservation were highly unprofessional, extremely nasty and rude.

There was a mouse trap in my storage unit? Mice or rats in the storages?

The lady who helped us (unfortunately, I do not recall her name) at the counter, and the gentleman who helped with showing our unit (never got his name) were extremely nice, professional, and very welcoming. Cannot say enough good things about them both.

The staff were nice, but the medium unit that I reserved was entirely too small for my belongings & I distinctly told the customer service rep over the phone what I had. As a result of the mix-up, my family began unpacking only to find out that the unit was too small & there were no large units to accommodate us. My suggestion is to tell customers what exactly can fit inside the units.

Trevina was super awesome. I've never gotten a storage unit before and she took the time to explain everything and made sure I was comfortable with the process and I couldn't have had a better experience!
