Truck was not gassed up had to put in 200 dollars worth. Dropped off truck and was charged an additional 112 miles. We went from westbank to Chilliwack I do t understand how we could have gone over the allotted mileage.

It is a bit confusing to use the entry-code system, having to use one box to swipe the card and another box to enter the code. We found that sometimes the overhead doors were left open by some customer leaving the facility, making it easy for anyone to enter without having a card. We like the central location in Westbank and like to support local business.
