Janice B | Overall ExperienceDarren and Erik are excellent - very good customer service but I think you need to have more than 2 people working at a time to make outside and inside experience better/faster for customers
Vanita P | Overall ExperiencePretty terrible mouse problem. The grounds in general were pretty filthy. Definitely would choose a cleaner place to store my things in the future.
Khody B | Overall ExperienceMy storage was broken into and any thing valuable was stolen over a period of days ( pretty much everything was packaged in totes) So I believe the thives where squatting in the storage, as there were clothing and fast food items that were left behind. The police or myself were never notified of the break in, but a new lock was installed and double locked, even I couldn't have access. When I asked for security camera footage, all uhaul had were 2 weeks footage ! And the mice run rapid causing damage.I was never offered any insurance ! I had storage at Sentinel at the North Edmonton location, for 12 years, with zero issues. I also had storage for years in Nanaimo BC, in a seacan again zero issues... Uhaul offered me a month free storage, I declined as I really I had nothing of value left. I asked for a refund of $ 209.95 . I will never rent storage from uhaul again !!!

Darren M | Overall ExperienceI'd receive emails saying my rent was late or not paid even when it was. The staff put a lock on my locker even though it was paid and left the lock on my locker for an entire month so I couldn't assess my items in my locker and the final reason I canceled my rental was after talking to the staff for an additional two weeks had a lock on my unit resulting in my cutting off their lock and removing my property in storage have 14 units of storage with blue bird and now I have one more to rent from them because uhaul had kept me from my belongings .I wouldn't recommend this facility to anyone unless you want to loose all you have to a bully with a lock. I won't be coming back to do business again with this location thank you Mr.C Grant

ann s | First ImpressionsWe’d definitely recommend and use again. Two things that could be improved however would be first that the lane ways be cleared of debris periodically and second that better planning into access be considered. For the debris, we were in and out of the facility many times over the last two months driving over the same glass, plastic, metal, etc. and having to worry about puncturing a tire which could be remedied by having someone once or twice a month cleaning it up. This would also look better visually for the facility itself. Second, there were some new units put in down from the office. I had a very uncomfortable and potentially unsafe run in with another customer who blocked the lane way so I couldn’t get by to my unit. He moved over reluctantly so I could pass but refused on the way back out because there was a cut through between our unit and his. I explained that I’d already tried to get through on another day but that my vehicle was too long to avoid getting scraped on the cement pillars. He insisted I was wrong, was hostile to the point that my daughter and I were scared to get out and we had to call the office to get him to move. The other cut throughs seem to be wider to turn into so they aren’t an issue. Perhaps some signage informing people not to block lanes as they are two way may help. We also had to leave a couple of times to try another day as people were blocking the lane so we couldn’t get to our unit. We did have two units which we’ve now pared down to the one in a much more accessible aisle. Thank you to both Kaylee and Cody who were super friendly and helpful when we rented each unit and Cody for making check out of the unit we just vacated super easy. He also came to our rescue with the altercation with the other customer. Great job!
Sherri C | Overall ExperienceEnjoyed our storage unit. Easy to book and cancel. Only thing was the isles were a little narrow so hard to get a big truck in there. Other than that it was fine and would use again.

Michael M | Overall ExperienceWorst experience I encountered Darren is so unprofessional and wouldn’t speak with me after selling my units over peanut's. Being laugh by the employee at on Monday June 3 when the place opened don’t know this one name but it’s not the brothers. Sold my unit for 700 after always having to come into the U-Haul building because they constantly forward the calls. After renting from them 2 u haul boxes and 2 units and buying boxes a everything U-Haul and renting trucks the manager Darren has no clue what tenants communicate with workers in office or looks at the contact notes that the call that have been forwarded to call Center due to not answering from them. I was in contact with the office by coming in due to U-Haul app not working and having them send emails with a no reply emails from Darren he sold everything I had for me and my 2 children. My whole life gone just like that. Everything I worked hard for and payed for a over a year and always keeping front desk aware. so showing payments and communicating after coming in may 2024 and in April and prior months as well due to always having me to come in to pay cause nothing works. Charging me $100 late payment monthly on top of my unit going up in prices being 199. I moved out of my one bedroom in late April and they aloud me to put my belongings in as well letting me enter my unit in may but then sells it by June 2 after I told I only get paid monthly I’ll be in on the being of the month of June and by the June 2 it was sold with only owing $192 plus may rent and 100 late fees and me coming in communication with Cody and others. How dare they first laugh at me telll me to my face in may 2024 they are not selling my unit. then can’t even put in my right information like phone and address and every time I came in I would tell them it’s wrong they looked like they would update my info but every month they sent the same emails with no way to reply back again having me to come in. Getting a random email on June 2 the day my father passed sold everything sold my unit ashes my kids are 6 and 4 that’s all we had my heart hurts my late fathers belonging with me having nothing to remember him by only memories. I cry daily as all my beautiful memories belongings life is gone and have nothing for my children now. Someone please help as Darren won’t even call me or answer his door at all. What do I? who can help and heal this damage cause by this company? You calling this a move out no you sold my unit and I don’t understand after communicating with employees like Cody he’s a good guy. Brother too.
