The only thing I didn't like that much was the parking area and the relatively narrow hallways, but other than that everything was really good.

SUZANNE S | Overall ExperienceNever answered the phone. Corporate never got through when I needed to stop the sale of my belongings. Then they for sold for $10 vs me paying off my balance after multiple attempts to do so. So no. Terrible, I’m so livid.
lydia l | Overall ExperienceIt always felt like absentee ownership at Uhaul. We got our credit card hacked, which affected our card on file. I emailed multiple times and went in twice to fix it, and we were still charged a late fee. Little things like the “leave a box” service were so nice and friendly—until it was discontinued. There were so many Uhaul vans and trucks in the tight parking lot, there was sometimes not enough go places to park. Some staff were great, but most were not. All in all, make it seem like you care, and want our business.
